Tio can create recurrent tasks based on the Topics (equipment) you have in your building. For example if you have Fire Extinguishers then when you create your premises tick or if your premises is already created select the premises then from the left menu Manage, scroll down and select the Topic Fire Extinguisher & Blankets and Save.
Tio will create two tasks based on Fire Extinguishers, one for the Building Occupier and one for the Service Provider. Below is the task created for the Building Occupier:
Select the task and choose Setup to add in the date the next visual check is due. When the task has been completed and the visual check of your premises has been carried out the task is ready to be fulfilled, this can be done on a mobile device by logging into Tio using the device’s browser.
Log into Tio and select your premises
Select Tasks and the Building Occupier Tile
Select Fire Extinguisher & Blankets
Select Fulfill
Enter the details on the Flow and a new log book entry will be created when saved
The Fire Extinguisher & Blankets task will now have a new due date 1 month on (as this is the frequency you need to carry out this task)
Service Provider tasks can be fulfilled in the same way OR if your service provider is using the Tio App and has a list of the assets in your building they can service each asset and then create an entry in your log book along with fulfilling their task.
