Premises Notes

It is now possible to save site specific information within Tio, for example Entry codes, parking arrangements – or any other relevant information for the Premises. These are also available to Service Provider organisations that use the Tio Asset app.

The Notes are editable and viewable from the Premises Tab in your Organisation.

  • Select the Premises you are interested in

  • The second tab “Notes” will show the details

  • To edit these details simply click the pencil icon and make the changes/updates.

Service providers with the Tio Asset app (v6.0 and above) will also be able to view the notes from within the app. Simply select the premises you are interested in and click on the … to view the notes.
